TRADEMARK POLICY
Last Updated: May 15, 2023
Introduction
This Trademark Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Bitcolor name, logo, designs, and any other brand features (collectively, the "Marks") owned by Bitcolor. The policy is intended to prevent confusion among customers, maintain the value of the Marks, and protect them from inappropriate or unauthorized use.
Use of Marks
The Marks are the sole property of Bitcolor and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. No person or entity may reproduce or use (or authorize the reproduction or use of) the Marks in any manner without the express written permission of Bitcolor, except to identify Bitcolor's products or services, or as expressly allowed by this Policy.
Authorized Use
Users of Bitcolor's services are allowed to use the Marks in a referential manner to indicate that their products or services are compatible with Bitcolor, provided such references are truthful, fair, and not misleading. Any such use must also make clear that the user and its products or services are not sponsored or endorsed by, affiliated with, or otherwise related to Bitcolor.
Misuse of Marks
Any use of the Marks that is likely to confuse or mislead the public as to the relationship between Bitcolor and the user, or as to the origin, sponsorship, or approval of the user's goods or services, is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement
Bitcolor takes the protection of its trademarks seriously and will take action against any misuse. If you become aware of any use of the Marks in violation of this Policy, please notify us immediately at https://twitter.com/bitcolor.
Updates
Bitcolor reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. We encourage users to regularly review this Policy to stay informed about our trademark usage rules.
